Three methods of operation are available with this mini 3-port HDMI selector switch. Different sources such as cable boxes, upscaling DVD players, Blu-ray players, and game consoles may be switched automatically, manually, or by using the included IR remote and 36" long remote IR target. HDMI v1.3b compliance guarantees 1080p HD performance, and a built-in amplifier boosts signal for use with cables up to 25 meters long. A small 3/4" H x 3-1/4" W x 2-1/4" D chassis makes this switch easy to conceal. Power supply included.

Packaging has been designed around the Spool-in-Box payout system. The added capacity of HDTV channels available from digital cable and satellite makes it necessary to reconsider the type of coaxial cable used for installations. Poor quality cable causes a high voltage drop along the cable length. This limits channel bandwidth resulting in a less than predictable performance potentially creating service calls. A solid copper center conductor, within Dayton Audio's RG-6/U cable, is the perfect signal path for high performance signals used with satellite and cable receivers. The bare copper braid provides 95% coverage and is also ideally suited for surveillance cameras that transmit data over the shield. Aluminized Mylar foil is bonded to the dielectric (125% coverage) to provide 100% shield protection from EM and RF interference. UL and C-UL listed; CMR rated for use within walls.
